Hi,I'm ideally looking for a flatmate for the academic year, with the possibility of extension.The apartment is furnished with all appliances: washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, and stove. It's very well located, just a few minutes' walk from Fabre metro, close to cycle paths, bus stops, as well as Plaza St-Hubert and Jean-Talon market.The bedroom has a queen bed with a side table and a wardrobe. There's also a ceiling fan.In the living room, the bed will soon be removed and replaced with a sofa or armchair.As I work at a school in a remote area, you'll be alone in the apartment most of the time.
