Hello, I am looking for a reliable, responsible, and independent flatmate, as I work at a school in a remote area and will only be there during school holidays. The apartment is located in a family-oriented building. It is furnished and well-located, a few minutes' walk from Fabre metro station, cycle paths, bus stops, as well as Plaza St-Hubert and the Jean-Talon market. The room has a single bed with a bedside table, a wardrobe, and unlimited internet access. There is also a ceiling fan. In the living room, the bed will soon be removed and replaced with a sofa or an armchair. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a stove, fridge, and microwave in the kitchen.
