I am looking for a roommate for my apartment located in Collonges 01.
In a quiet area with a view of the mountain, close to the Val Thoiry shopping center (7 minutes) and Valserhône (15 minutes).
15 minutes from the CERN border and 20 minutes from Meyrin.
80m2 apartment with terrace and garden.
1 parking space available.
A large attic to store equipment.
2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms.
To take into account: I have a very calm, very well-educated and clean elderly dog.
I ask that the roommate have a permanent contract with a salary of at least three times the amount of the rent.
A guarantee of the amount of the rent is also required.
