Loft House Artistic and Cultural Workshop (Plouguerneau - 29880)

Welcome to the Takou Musical Association, hosted by Maricela Lixa, also known as Upcycling Girl.

We're located 3.5 km from the sea in Plouguerneau.

Here, you'll find a 125 m² loft-studio with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dry toilet upstairs.

The loft includes a mezzanine dedicated to a thrift store and resource centre, a home studio, a painting and sewing workshop, as well as a living room fitted with a wood burner and a cooker. The kitchen features an American-style breakfast bar.

The property also includes a covered outdoor area where association events can be organised (no more than six per year), an orchard, a vegetable garden, and a music and recording studio.

We prioritise accommodation for those who resonate with the dynamic of this space, but the place is still ideal for resting, recharging, creating, working, and gardening.
