We rent the second floor of our house to students who use it independently of the rest of the house. There are four tenants who share a kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilets.
-The first bedroom is on the street, it is 9m², it has a chest of drawers, a 90 cm bed, a desk for studies. This room does not have a sink, the price is 355 euros all charges included (water, heating, electricity and internet).
-The second is also on the street, it is 14m², it has cupboards, a 90 bed, a desk. It also has its own sink. It is priced at 375 euros all charges included.
-The third is on the garden, it is 16m², it has cupboards, a 120 bed, a desk. It also has its own sink.
-The fourth is on the garden, it is 9m², it has a chest of drawers, a 90 cm bed, a desk.
