LGBT+ shared housing for young people

I am offering rooms for rent in a private shared housing flat with a youthful vibe, conveniently located (close to the metro, RER, motorway, and train stations). The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shared living room that is used occasionally, and a shared bathroom. TV, Wi-Fi, heating, and utility bills are all included. You will also have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.

Students, LGBT individuals, or couples are welcome.

The living room is occupied by me when I am in Paris. Everything is available for your use. Ideal for a quiet person. No pets, no smoking indoors, and please leave shoes at the entrance. Regular thorough cleaning is mandatory, and all equipment must be left clean for the rest of the shared housing. No noise, no fuss... just a pleasant stay!
