High standard. View of a garden, clean, cosy, and quiet. 1 bathroom to share, reserved for tenants. Discreet ACCESS to the hosts' kitchen: sink, fridge, freezer, induction hob, for quick cooking & dishes. (Shared W.C.). Key loan + security deposit: receipt to be signed respectively + copy of ID. Sought-after traditional neighbourhood: "Les Pentes" in the 1st district, gardens, shops, terraces, cobbled streets... LOW RENT. Housekeeping of the rented space must be maintained. Near "Place des Terreaux", buses & "Hôtel de ville" metro station, LYON CITY CENTRE. PEDESTRIAN ZONE / No garage.
