Hello, my name is Safia, 40 years old, and I am offering a room or the basement. The house is located in Laval, in the quiet neighborhood of St-François, near the bridge of the 25. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a finished basement and a large fenced yard. Currently empty because I just returned to Canada after a stay in the Dominican Republic, I will furnish. Workers are welcome, and I also speak English and a little Spanish.
A small closed room as well as the basement is available for rent, but it also houses the washer and dryer of the house, so I will have to access it occasionally to do laundry. The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for those looking for a quiet place. I am 420 friendly, but outside the house. I have an 11 year old daughter and yours is also welcome if that is the case. I also have a small 13 pound dog.
