Description
Large, sunny, and pleasant room overlooking a tree-lined courtyard, ideal for a student. The neighborhood is peaceful and offers various amenities such as a cinema, small restaurants, and bistros. Bicycles can be rented and parked in the courtyard. All necessary shops are nearby, as well as transportation options such as buses and the metro. Montparnasse and Saint-Germain-des-Prés are a 10-minute bus ride away, not to mention the Luxembourg Gardens and Parc Montsouris, which are also close by.
Currently, I am not taking any reservation as I am ill and had a negative experience with a student. I will let you know when my condition improves so we can potentially resume our collaboration.

Christine was an incredible host, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. We got along so well even despite having a big language barrier. She loves everything cat related and watching the news :) I'm so thankful to have been able to stay in a place like this as opposed to an Airb&b. The house is ultra spacious, I felt so at ease coming and going at any time and my stay was really everything was hoping for.

A very kind, intelligent and helpful landlady! The cat is also very well-mannered! You get the feeling of a warm Parisian house full of books and a special atmosphere of peace and quiet. The room is spacious, the window opens wide to the green courtyard. Thanks to this, despite the summer heat, the room remains fresh and cool. The very location of the house in the courtyard, separated from the street with a fence with a lock, is very safe, in the courtyard people also leave their bikes. If you need a place to concentrate on your studies or work on the computer, or any creative task - this is the right place for you.
