In a 3-bedroom apartment where 3 rooms are occupied by flatmates, I am renting out the last furnished 18m2 room.

The rent is €400 per month (internet, water, electricity, and gas included).

The bathroom, kitchen, and toilet are equipped with the essentials and must be shared with the other flatmates.

I do not require a guarantor or a security deposit, but I insist that the rent be paid on the 1st of the month. In the event of payment issues, you must vacate the room within 5 days.

No APL (housing assistance).

Profile sought: preferably 1 male with an employment contract (fixed-term, permanent, or temp contract).
I will request a copy of your ID, employment contract, and last payslip.

Move-in is possible immediately, with pro-rated payment if the month has already started.
