For rent, in a neighbourhood situated between the town and the countryside, a beautiful and spacious 34 m² homestay room, featuring an open-plan kitchen with a hob and microwave, a bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and toilet, a relaxation area with a TV, and a bedroom area with a storage wardrobe. There is no space to share, except for the hallway in our house, as the room functions like an apartment. It is a non-smoking room. This is an ideal location, given its setting and tranquillity, for studying or for someone travelling for work. Geographically, we are located near a Super U and a Carrefour Market, 1 km from the town centre and 2 km from Juziers train station. The countryside is right behind our home. Please note that as we have children, we would prefer a female tenant.
