Independent vacation rental garden beach river
There is an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed in the living room.
There is another adjoining bedroom with a queen-size bed if necessary, depending on the number of occupants. The bedroom shares the kitchen, bathroom with toilet, laundry room, dining area, and outdoor deckchairs in the garden.
The kitchen is new and well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a private toilet.
Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are provided, except for beach towels.
Hypermarkets are 1.5 km away in St. Seurin-sur-l'Isle, and all amenities are nearby.
There is a restaurant 500 meters away, as well as several good restaurants and pizzerias. St Emilion is 20 minutes away, Montpon 15 minutes, Coutras 10 minutes.
