We will be happy to welcome you in our independent T2 renovated in August 2023. It is composed of an equipped kitchen + bedroom + bathroom / toilet. It is really quiet, warm in winter and cool in summer.
A small corner is at your disposal to take your meals in the garden facing the swimming pool which you can enjoy.
You will have the possibility to park your car in front of the house.
It has the advantage of benefiting from a residential area which borders the countryside while being close to the city.
Toulouse is served from the apartment by train "Gare Lycée International" and bus (terminus L2); you will be 5 minutes walk from the Lycée International and the International School of Toulouse.
For tourism, the Gers is 20 minutes away.
If you like fields, streams, small bridges and woods, you can, 500m away, go walking or running in peace.

Jolie maison, propre et bien équipée, dans un quartier calme et sûr. C'est super d'avoir un petit coin pour s'asseoir et prendre ses repas à l'extérieur, et la piscine est aussi un gros plus!
