Very pleasant room, located in the basement, therefore warm in winter and cool in summer, in a pavilion close to amenities. The accommodation is approximately 7 minutes from the train station, which itself is one stop from Nanterre Université and approximately 13 minutes from Saint Lazare station. The T2 tram stop is a 10-minute walk away, providing access to La Défense in 6 to 7 minutes. A small Carrefour and a bakery are located across the street.
