Availability: from Sunday October 1, from Sunday evening to Thursday evening. The room is therefore not available on Friday and Saturday nights, but it will not be occupied on weekends. You can of course leave all your belongings there. You have the ideal profile if you are a student or employee on mission and return home on the weekend. I remain flexible if you wish to stay occasionally on weekends.

- 2 minutes from the Tripode busway stop and 5 minutes from the Vincent Gâche stop, tram line 2. There is also the C5 nearby, Fonderies stop.
- The city center is also 10 minutes away on foot.
- Train station 15 minutes away and nearby shops (Intermarché, Carrefour, etc.).

- The room with a view of the Loire is bright and measures approximately 12 m2.
- A wardrobe and a desk are at your disposal.

Smokers are accepted if they smoke on the loggia.
