J'ai passé un séjour agréable chez Marie
Chambre sale et humide. Gros chien bruyant et odorant. Aucune connexion internet dans la chambre. Parties communes encombrées. Demande une caution sans état des lieux. Exige un préavis d'un mois en cas de départ anticipé, aucune négociation possible, sans signature de contrat de location. Je ne recommande pas.

Et il vous appartenait de faire le ménage de votre chambre que vous avez laissée dans un état pitoyable en vous sauvant en mon absence sans préavis, sans payer le loyer
