This south-east facing bedroom is located on the ground floor of a family home in the heart of Basse-Nendaz, a charming mountain village at an altitude of 1000m in central Valais. The bedroom is approximately 16m² and features a bunk bed. Wi-Fi is included, and a parking space is available. You will have access to the laundry room. The kitchen-living area is shared for meals and meal preparation. Personal storage space, a fridge, and a freezer are provided. A terrace and garden are accessible during the warmer season. The bathroom and separate shower are to be shared with another potential tenant. Located 5 minutes from public transport (Sion - Haute-Nendaz line) and 15 minutes from the ski slopes of the 4 Vallées area. Close to the town of Sion and Alaïa Bay, a surfing pool.
