Homestay - terrace access (Ploemeur - 56270)

Hello, We are a family of four with three cats! Shared housing spirit: access to all common areas of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace, garden, etc.). The house is located in the Kéraude neighbourhood, next to the ENSIBS, the Science campus, and the university library. Ideal for students. By car, we are 7 minutes from Lorient train station and 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The closest bus stops are Joseph Henaff, Campus Sciences, and Kerguestenen, all about a 10-minute walk away. If you have a bike, everything is very quickly and easily accessible with just a few pedal strokes (university faculties, Lorient city centre)! There is the possibility to park a bike in the garage. The room has a surface area of approximately 12 m², with a desk and Wi-Fi connection. For more information, contact me via private message!
