A bus connects the residence to the train station (3 km) and the city of Nice (15 km). Lovely walks in nature and along the river below the residence. Important detail: 4 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant should not be allergic to animals or any cat hair! A small detail that is not included in the list of amenities provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which is quiet), a TV, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred as I am a non-smoker myself.
