Hello, homestay room for rent in a house occupied by the host. I have been renting out a room in my house since 2010! So, I have plenty of experience with shared housing. I now have three rooms available for rent. I prefer to host students, but I will consider all inquiries. Apprentices are welcome. The house is located in Lagord, a commune adjacent to La Rochelle. The city centre is accessible in 15 minutes by bike or bus (Illico 3 and 12 bus routes and self-service bike stations nearby). CESI and the CFA are less than a 10-minute walk away.
