Homestay Paris 12- large accommodation and terrace (Paris - 75012)

5 minutes from the Daumesnil metro station, I offer a homestay room with a double bed, a large desk, a wardrobe and Internet (fiber).

The bedroom (15m²) is located in an 80m² apartment on the 10th floor (with lift) in a large wooded park (window with an unobstructed view of the park). The living room (30m²), the terrace (10m²), the bathroom (bathtub-shower), the kitchen (fully equipped) and the toilets are shared spaces. I am a woman and I am looking for a female tenant only: discreet and respectful, student or professional for a medium or long term period.

I am 65 years old, I am an active retiree. Respectful of others and their privacy, I like company and also know how to be discreet. I have a cat.
