I am offering a room with a double bed (140 cm) for one person, including a desk and wardrobe, in my apartment located 50m from the lovely port of Cubzac-les-Ponts. You will have access to the living room and kitchen; the bathroom/WC is shared with me. The apartment has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and reversible air conditioning. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, with a 20-minute journey to Bordeaux. The A10 motorway is 1 km away. Access to Bordeaux city centre takes 30 minutes by car. Rentals are available on a weekly or monthly basis. I live on-site and am renting out my daughter's room since she left for Australia. Loulou is the house cat and very much part of the home.
