Utilities are not included; I calculate them based on actual consumption (at best) as it is cheaper than applying a fixed rate. House in a quiet residential area, 12 m2 bedroom on the 1st floor with an adjoining private bathroom/WC (4.5 m2). Low electromagnetic fields in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the desk. If needed, I will show the tenant how to activate the Wi-Fi. When going to bed, tenants are requested to put their mobile phones on airplane mode and turn off the Wi-Fi if it is activated. This house accommodates 2 tenants. I do not accept smokers. No phone calls after 10 pm. Bus stop 6 minutes away on foot towards the station/Orsay Paris-Saclay University, or the Supelec plateau and all Paris-Saclay schools, or Massy/Palaiseau station, or the Ulis 2 shopping centre. Courtaboeuf business park 5 minutes away on foot. Grand Frais, Picard, and La Vie Claire shops 3 minutes away on foot. Ulis shopping centre 17 minutes away on foot. Chinese restaurant 3 minutes away on foot, Moroccan restaurant (also takeaway) 7 minutes away on foot.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Corinne . La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable.
