Close to Vall d'Hebron Hospital
I only rent to tidy and organised people. It is required to remove shoes inside the house. Parties are not allowed because of the neighbours. The kitchen utensils are basic and I am quite strict about cleanliness for future tenants. I live close to Vall d'Hebron Hospital.
The neighbourhood is surrounded by green spaces and is very quiet. A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out, provided there is no damage. All utilities are not included.
