Located between Dol-de-Bretagne (10 km away) and Dinan—two beautiful medieval towns—about 20 km from the coast, Saint-Malo, and Cancale, and 40 km from Mont-Saint-Michel, I am offering a room for 1 or 2 guests (140 cm bed). The bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, is located on the landing.
You are welcome to use the kitchen or take advantage of the breakfast service. You will enjoy a very sunny garden. Parking is available in the basement or on the ground floor, with a garage also potentially available.
I have just moved into this house, and some minor decorative work is still pending. This is why I am offering an advantageous rate.
