I'm Eva, 24 years old and a recent graduate, delighted to meet you :)
My roommate is leaving for new horizons at the beginning of November (on the 4th) and so I am looking for someone to replace her from the beginning of November.
The room that is freed up is about 15m2 in an apartment of 75m2 in total (we're not stepping on each other's toes haha).
There is also a 6m2 dressing room adjoining the room for rent.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, 3 minutes walk from Clichy-Levallois train station (Line L). This proximity to the station allows you to reach Paris quickly (via the Gare St Lazare stop 6 minutes by train to take lines 3, 9, 12, 13 and 14). There are also quite a few buses that pass in the street and in the surrounding area.
Regarding shops, we are a 3-minute walk from the So Ouest shopping center (gigantic Leclerc, Zara, Sephora, etc.) and there are smaller shops on the street.
