I rent a furnished room in the city center. It faces south and faces the street and is very bright.
It has a 135 cm box spring bed with a memory foam mattress and pillow, a wardrobe,
a bedside table with a lamp, a desk and chair, a small refrigerator, an induction hob for heating food, shelves, a television, and decorations.
The common areas of the apartment are furnished and have all the necessary accessories.
The apartment has two elevators, central heating and hot water, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
It is close to the universities, the train and bus stations, the tram, city buses, the town hall, the hospital, and all city services.
The price for single occupancy for one person for one year or the full academic year is 370 euros plus community fees and other expenses (electricity, water, etc.).
If you want it for two people, ask me for a price. I require a deposit.
