Beautiful apartment for rent in the city center, all inclusive as shown in the pictures (internet, electricity, heating). Modern, clean and quiet apartment. Internet, TV. Fully equipped kitchen. We provide clean bed linen for a beautiful Queen bed. The apartment is nicely decorated and very bright.
The bus stop to universities #801, 800, 18, 19 is right in front of the building.
Close to the School of Architecture, INRS, ENAP, Cégep Limoilou, Laval University, the School of Art, the School of Dance, IBIZOF, Aviron College.
Rental contract for 4 to 6 months minimum.
