Girls roommate house Lille South (Lille - 59000)

👋🏻 I am looking for a roommate to take my place in a house located a few steps from the CHU Eurasanté station.
🏠 The house is made up of three other roommates, Coralie and Camille, both 23 years old and studying law, Angie 20 years old working in the catering world as well as 2 adorable guinea pigs and a cat.
📦 The house is furnished and has a living room, a dining room and an open fitted kitchen on the ground floor.
✨ Again on the ground floor you will have your own bathroom and toilet (like each roommate). On the first floor on the left there is the bedroom that I am vacating (the large cupboard, box spring and mattress are included). A garden with shed also completes the house.
💰The rent is all charges included, there is cold and hot water, heating, internet, electricity. Agency fees are to be expected.
