We rent a room of 10 m2 independent of the rest of the house, you are quiet crossing the garden. New bedding 140x200. You have access to the rooms on the ground floor of the house, namely the kitchen and the bathroom/wc which is dedicated to you. We are a family of 4. We wish to welcome you in a respectful and warm family atmosphere.
Tram B Stop St Genès 5 min walk, you are close to universities and Bordeaux center. Station 15 min away with bus 9

J'ai passé un très bon moment chez Valérie. Toute la famille était très sympathique et serviable. Je recommanderais sans hésiter un séjour.
Mon séjour chez Valérie a été plus que parfait! Disponible et attentionnée, elle fait tout en son pouvoir pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. La chambre, un peu à l'écart, est idéale en termes d'indépendance et de tranquilité. L'accès à la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussé ainsi qu'à la cuisine demeure un avantage considérable. Finalement, la résidence est très bien située et à proximité de tous les commerces de première nécessité ainsi que les transports. Je recommande donc l'hébergement de Valérie sans hésiter!
La chambre, située un peu à l'écart de la maison est particulièrement agréable et calme. Et la literie est de qualité !! Et Valérie est une très souriante, très accueillante et aux petits soins pour ses invités. La petite salle d'eau privée est un plus vraiment appréciable. J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez elle et son adorable famille. Je recommande chaleureusement !!!!
