Vous pouvez louer sans souci. Marie Dominique est une excellente propriétaire.
Hébergement parfait ! Propriétaire très sympathique et accommodante. Le logement est bien placé, pas trop chaud l'été si on s'y prend bien, rien à redire ! Si vous devez vous loger à Niort, n'hésitez pas !
J’ai loué le studio du dernier étage chez Marie-Dominique pendant 4 mois. Tout s’est très bien passé. Le studio est agréable, fonctionnel et calme. Marie-Dominique est très sympathique et arrangeante. C’était un plaisir de séjourner chez elle :)
Le logement est place au Centre de Niort vers la brèche, un cadre ideal très calme, respect entre voisinage, la propriétaire Marie toujours présente pour ses locataires dans l'accompagnement, en cas de manque d'information ou souci particulier avec le logement. Perso j'ai fait 3 mois dans ce logement et ma satisfaction est à 100%. Pour vos séjours (stages, missions de travail etc..) je recommande.

Très belle chambre bien située, proche du centre ville et des possibilités pour se garer gratuitement; le logement est sain, assez récent et les équipements suffisent.
Très bonne adresse à 10 min à pieds du centre ville et un arrêt de bus au bout de la rue. Le studio a été refait à neuf et est très fonctionnel. Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue gratuit. Je recommande vivement.
Marie Dominique est une Proprietaire très sympathique et accueillante. On se sent très bien chez elle. Je recommande!
Marie Dominique est accueillante, disponible, chaleureuse et nous a mis en confiance pour notre fille jeune stagiaire à Niort pour 6 semaines. Le logement est vraiment très bien situé, entre gare et centre ville. Et la colocation a été super sympa avec les autres locataires.
Marie-Dominique est très discrète ,la chambre est spacieuse situé a 10/15 minutes du centre ville je recommande ,je reviendrais avec plaisir
