Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets are available for rent in one wing of the building. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen, providing good isolation. The kitchen is shared between both bedrooms.
Access to a separate laundry room and the possibility of an outdoor space if rented monthly.
Priority rentals are given to employed individuals for a specific period.
Public transport is a 5-minute walk to the train station and La Garde University.

Un cadre magnifique et reposant avec une vue sur la nature vraiment dépaysante. Eric et Léna sont vraiment des personnes très humain et qui reponde de façon réactive à vos besoins toujours avec sourire et amabilité.. Au plaisir de revenir sans hésitation et je l'ai remercie infiniment

Emplacement très agréable, au calme, un petit coin de paradis avec la vue sur le Mont Faron. Super accueil des hôtes avec qui on se sent tout de suite bien. J'ai apprécié avoir une chambre avec sa propre salle de bain et la cuisine qui a un bel espace et que l'on partage uniquement avec l'autre co-locataire est également très bien. Je recommande vivement cette location. Merci encore à Lena et Eric.
