I'm offering a furnished room for rent in a house with a garden, located in Saint-Just (Lyon 5), close to public transport and the city centre. The house is 65 m² with a 60 m² deck/garden.

The room is approximately 12 m²: double bed, desk, wardrobe, bright. Shared bathroom upstairs (not suitable for people with reduced mobility). The home includes: living room, equipped kitchen, WiFi, washing machine, tranquil setting. I live on site (1 person), friendly atmosphere with independence.

Location: Funicular 5 minutes away, bus stop at the front door, Vieux Lyon 15 minutes away, Vélo'v (bike share) 2 minutes away, shops nearby.

Profile: Female, student or employed, quiet and respectful.

Smoking outdoors only, no pets.

Conditions: Short term (minimum 3 nights), utilities included, no housing benefit (APL), no bond.
