The shared bathroom/shower cubicle and basin is for tenants, located outside the room. DISCREET access to the hosts' kitchen: sink, fridge, freezer, induction hob, for your quick meals & washing up. (W.C.: shared). Key provided + security deposit, receipt & guarantees to be signed respectively + copy of ID. Popular, traditional neighbourhood: "Les Pentes" in the 1st arrondissement, gardens, shops, terraces, cobbled streets, ... LOW RENT. The contract requires the tenant to maintain the cleanliness of the rented space: to be respected. Close to "Place des Terreaux", buses & metros at "Hôtel de ville", LYON CENTRE. Anne et Yann sont très gentils. La chambre est propre, pas très grande, mais c'est suffisant pour une personne ! Le quartier est super, et la rue est très belle. Pour cet endroit, le loyer n'est pas cher !

Le séjour chez Anne a été agréable. Elle est gentille, cultivée, serviable et conciliante. En revanche, ce que j'ai le plus apprécié dans le quartier, ce sont les magnifiques librairies qu'il abrite. Dans certains d'entre eux, il est même possible de trouver des livres de collection.
