Description
Located on the second floor with no lift, in the heart of Gisors town centre, we invite you to join our shared housing. You will have a private room furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe/closet, shelves, a desk, a chair, and a relaxing chair. You will have access to all communal areas: the hallway, the kitchen, the laundry room, the toilets, and the shower room.
We are a family of four, including two minors, and are the hosts living on-site. The apartment can accommodate up to four housemates, each with their own lockable private room.
The rental is subject to the signing of an individual lease for a primary residence, which may be eligible for housing assistance (APL) or is intended for a student for the school year (high school student in Gisors or apprenticeship in Gisors; daily commuting to the Paris region is not practical).
