Homestay on the ground floor of a small house with a garden, on Rue du Poteau (10-minute walk from Jules Joffrin; M12, M4, T3b). 8.75 m² floor space with a 20 m³ volume, newly furnished: bed, desk, storage. Bed sheets and towels provided. Kitchen, bathroom, and garden are shared with me. I am an architect, quite quiet, and often at work. As the bathroom is shared, I am only renting to a woman. Mobility lease of six months: this contract is for students, interns, apprentices, or people on temporary assignments. No security deposit (this is the rule for this lease) — the free Visale guarantee replaces it, and I will help you with the application. International students are welcome: I speak English and German, and a little Russian and Arabic. Photos of the room will be added once the furniture is installed.
