Furnished room for the week/month at the foot of town (Buxerolles - 86180)

While waiting for the arrival of future roommates for the start of the 2024 school year, I am renting two rooms in a fully equipped and furnished 70m² apartment. The two bedrooms are approximately 15m² and are on the first floor of a duplex T4, very quiet, with a pretty courtyard where there are trees, a bicycle shed, parking spaces... The 3rd bedroom (equipped of a bathroom) is currently rented to a young engineer.

Price per week (120 euros cc) or per month (400 euros cc).

Location: less than 2km from the hyper center of Poitiers and around 1km from the train station, the residence is located in the town of Buxerolles, at the start of rue de la Vincenderie, near Porte de Paris. Easy to access by car and bike but also by bus which connects the center of Buxerolles, the train station, the center of Poitiers and the university campus. The residence is accompanied by a courtyard with parking spaces and vegetation.
