I am offering a room for rent in my apartment. I am retired and live alone.

In addition to the common areas (equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet), you will have access to a large south-facing terrace, located on the fifth and top floor of the building. It offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. An outdoor chair and table are also at your disposal. The area is quiet, the building is at the end of a dead end. For public transport, tram D serves Grenoble train station at the "Maison communale" stop, located near the apartment, crossing the campus. Tram C, a few steps from the apartment, also serves the center of Grenoble and the campus. Less than 500 m away, you will find a large shopping center, with brands such as Intermarché and Lidl.

I practice mountain hiking, wellness massage, foot reflexology and meditation. If we share common interests, it would be an asset for our conviviality.
