Très mauvaise expérience avec ce bailleur. J’avais payé le logement pour mon arrivée en France. Bien que mon arrivée ait été légèrement décalée (du 4 au 6), le logement que j’avais déjà réglé a été occupé par quelqu’un d’autre pendant ce temps. À mon arrivée, le logement n’était pas en bon état : propreté insuffisante, mobilier abîmé, lit et matelas dans un état déjà dégradé. Ces problèmes étaient présents dès le premier jour. Malgré cela, j’ai payé tous les loyers et rempli mes obligations, même si certaines démarches administratives prennent du temps au début d’une installation en France. Au moment de la remise des clés, on m’a reproché des dégradations qui étaient pourtant déjà là à mon entrée dans les lieux, ce que je trouve injuste. Depuis mon départ le 31 octobre, je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma caution et le bailleur ne répond plus ni à mes messages ni à ceux de ma famille. Je suis très déçue du manque de sérieux et de la gestion de cette location. Je recommande aux futurs locataires d’être très vigilants. Personnellement, je ne conseille absolument pas cette location.
