We are looking for a new roommate to join our three-person shared apartment. We are very passionate about various subjects, particularly history and art, and we are looking to replace someone who will soon be leaving. We are open to anyone with a peaceful lifestyle who respects shared spaces and tranquility.

The apartment is ideally located on the canal, very close to a metro station, making it easy to get to Paris.

The bedroom, which is approximately [size missing], has a built-in wardrobe. The apartment includes:

- An open-plan kitchen/living room,
- A large terrace and a balcony,
- A cellar and a parking space,
- An oven and induction cooktop,

- A joint tenancy agreement.
