Situated in the centre of Paris on the Left Bank, between the Butte-aux-Cailles—a classic Parisian neighbourhood with lively bars and restaurants—and the pretty Village des Peupliers with its charming small houses, my non-smoking 62 m² flat is warm and welcoming, located on the 6th floor with a lift. The monthly rent is based on a maximum occupancy of 21 nights. The nightly rate increases for fewer nights per month. Sorry, APL (housing benefit) is not available. A security deposit of 1000 euros, in the form of an uncashed cheque, is required upon handover of the keys. Tenant reviews prior to 2019 do not relate to this property!
