My wife and I are offering a room in a shared house in a friendly and respectful family setting. A furnished 13-square-meter bedroom, facing south, offers all the necessary comforts with ample storage and a desk area. The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe with hangers, mirrors, and a double bed. Bedding can be provided upon request. On the same landing, there is a shower room with a toilet and sink. The family bathroom, located on the ground floor, is accessible for showering, as is the fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. The house is a ten-minute drive from the city center, with a bus stop a two-minute walk away, and is close to a large shopping area.
Upon your arrival, a rental agreement will be drawn up. A security deposit check, which will not be cashed, will be required, or a Visale guarantee. Use of the laundry facilities is included.
