Studio très agréable en cette période. Très lumineux, et bien pensé, dans un petit immeuble très calme. Le quartier est également sympathique et propre. Je recommande. Merci au propriétaire pour ce séjour plaisant.
Studio froid, sans aération (pas de VMC) avec moisissures au plafond dans la SDB + Vis-à-vis important, pas de volets + grande fenêtre d'époque (vitrage fêlé), l'air passe sans problèmes. Chauffage rudimentaire, consomme énormément. Avis général mauvais surtout quand il fait froid et humide dehors
