Sublet of a comfortable, furnished room in a quiet house on the edge of the forest. Close to Auray and the Lorient/Vannes expressway. The house is about ten minutes from the ocean and Gulf beaches. The room is in a family home featuring an open-plan, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and a bathroom and toilet upstairs. There is also a garden and two terraces. Private area: The bedroom is located on the first floor, adjacent to the bathroom. It measures approximately 12m². It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk, and a wardrobe with hanging space. A queen-size bed, balcony overlooking the park, storage space, and TV (Orange channels) are at your disposal. The bathroom is sometimes shared with me or my daughter. The kitchen is available, and tea and coffee are provided. You are just a stone's throw from the bus and train station (less than 10 minutes on foot) and shops, and a 15-minute walk from the center of Auray.
