I am offering a newly renovated, fully furnished 10-square-meter room in my first-floor apartment, accessible by elevator. The bedroom window opens onto the living room, but a blackout curtain ensures privacy at all times.
Residents will have access to a balcony overlooking a quiet street, as well as the shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living room. I will sometimes be happy to prepare a meal for you upon request.
The apartment is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and shopping center. Points of interest such as the "République" tram stop, Place Garibaldi, and the port are also easily accessible on foot.
