The house, built on two floors, offers a surface area of 80 m². It is fully furnished and equipped. Each room, with a surface area of approximately 10 m², is designed to accommodate one person. They all have a private shower area (including a shower cubicle and a sink), a wardrobe/closet, shelves, a small wall-mounted desk, a 120 cm bed and a comfortable mattress. Bed linen and towels are provided for each room.
