Description
The apartment and room are fully designed and stylishly furnished by our team of interior designers. We only accept medium- to long-term stays for students and young professionals for residential use. Under no circumstances do we accept tourist stays. The tenant must pay a deposit of €1,000 directly to the property manager within 48 hours of reservation confirmation. This deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, less a €400 non-refundable service fee. The maximum contract duration is six months, extendable as many times as you wish. The administration fee for each extension is €60. This room is not suitable for couples.
