Description
Room available in a shared apartment for two people. The 56 m² apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It's sunny, bright, quiet, and clean. The current roommate is an 18-year-old student, so we are looking for a female roommate.
The apartment is a two-minute walk from public transport: tram 3 and bus 20, and is close to higher education institutions and the Audencia business school. Local shops, including supermarkets, small shops, restaurants, a bakery, and a post office, are also within a two-minute walk.
The 12 m² room is furnished with a desk, chair, bed, bedside table, and a large wardrobe. Utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, and heating) are included. Shared spaces include: bedroom, living room (no TV, only available in the bedrooms), bathroom, drying room, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, cellar, and bicycle storage.
PS: We are looking for clean and tidy people.
