Room available in a shared living space in a beautiful 60 m² apartment located in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois.
I am the roommate and owner. I work in another region during the week and am only at the apartment on weekends.
The apartment includes my room and the room for rent (each at opposite ends of the apartment), a separate toilet, a shower room, and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. All these rooms open onto a furnished 35 m² south-facing terrace.
The space is very bright, pleasant, and well-furnished.
