The house offers 7 fully renovated rooms, tastefully furnished and comfortable. Each room has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, suspended toilets, ventilation, a heated towel rail, a dressing room, a desk and bedding. Each room is equipped with a lock.
The beds are 140x200cm in size and come with pillows and duvets.
The kitchen is superbly equipped and the living room opens onto a terrace and a landscaped garden, which are shared spaces. There is also a utility room in the basement with washing and drying machines.
The cleaning of the common and private areas is optional.
The charges pack includes everything: water, electricity, gas, household waste charges and Internet.
