FOR WORK-STUDY STUDENTS ONLY: 13.70 m² room in a 2-person shared housing unit with high-quality 160*200 bed, large desk, and large wardrobe. Eligible for APL/Mobility grant. Bills included: water, electricity, heating, internet (fibre), washing-up liquid, sponges, bin bags, toilet paper. NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO MANAGE BETWEEN THE 2 FLATMATES. Household linen provided in duplicate (bed linen, towels, etc.). Well-equipped 9.30 m² kitchen (washing machine; terrace and garden accessible). Shops less than 500m away. BHNS bus line: stop 550m away: 10 mins from the city centre and 12-13 mins from the train stations. Line 4: stop 600m away towards University stop, opposite IAE, close to the Faculty of Science and IUT. Inverted house: living upstairs, I have my own sanitary facilities (bathroom/toilet). The ground floor kitchen and ground floor bathroom are for the tenants: these rooms are similar to an autonomous two-person shared housing for quiet, clean, and respectful people.
